We recommend 1 size above your usual, as they are a tighter fit

Male - S	90	86	88
Male - M	98	94	96
Male - L	108	104	106

Male - XXL	130	126	128
Tolerance of +/- 1 to 2 cm

Use the sizing guides above when making a decision on the size you wish to order. If you find that your measurements fall between two sizes, you can either order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If for example your chest falls into one size, but your waist falls into a different size, we recommend that you order based on your chest measurement.

Please take all measurements into account when making your decision.

Chest;

You should measure around the largest part of your chest, making sure you keep the measuring tape horizontal.

Waist;

You should measure around the smallest part (between your chest and hips), making sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal.

Hips;

You should measure around the largest part of your hips, making sure you keep the measuring tape horizontal.
