Looking to Reserve & Collect and item in-store? That’s great; please read the following information to ensure a smooth process.


Once You've Placed Your Order

Once you’ve placed you order please wait until you have been informed by a member of our team before you head off to collect. We will contact you by telephone or email as soon as we can.


Collection Turnaround

Although we aim to get orders out ASAP sometimes it can take a little while to prepare all orders. We aim to have all orders ready within 1 hour of you placing your order, however this can sometimes be up to 3-4 hours depending on order processing time.

Orders placed outside our store opening hours will be processed as soon as possible once the store is open.

If you are in desperate need of your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate a faster turnaround.

NOTE: All PCs are built to order; we will call and give you a more accurate date of collection. The average turnaround for PCs is 2-3 days, however if you would like it quicker this can be arranged.


Stock Items

We can arrange collection for all Reserve & Collect orders pretty quick if the item is in stock. Our website is updated every 24-48 hours so sometimes an item you order might show ‘in-stock’ online but be out of stock in-store, in this instance we will contact you do discuss your options and/or inform you when stock is arriving.
