World’s First Inductive Keyboard

The Ducky One X Wireless Gaming Keyboard is the first of its kind. This keyboard utilises the next generation of analogue switch technology, equipped with innovative Ducky AI Inductive Switches. Instead of magnetic hall effect technology, these switches utilise data from the stem’s movement detected by electromagnetic fields generated by coils on the PCB. As a result, they redefine precision and consistency, all with smooth linear feedback. Plus, they deliver greater power efficiency, making them excellent switches for wireless usage.

Enhancing your typing experience further, these switches have a customisable actuation point, between 0.1mm and 3.5mm. You can set the actuation distance that best suits your typing style, gameplay needs, or even to boost productivity. What's more, you can fine-tune these switches even more with a Rapid Trigger mode and multi-point trigger functionality.

Rapid Trigger enables a dynamic reset point, which starts as you release the key. This means you can re-activate the key mid-motion without fully releasing it past a set point. Perfect for rapid-fire attacks in game!

Multi-point trigger functionality allows you to set up to four actions on a single key. Two can be assigned on the press and another two on the release, enabling you to layer functions to optimise your gameplay or productivity.

Tri-Mode Connectivity

The Ducky One X Keyboard utilises tri-mode connectivity, offering incredible flexibility for your set-up and using this keyboard on the go. You can connect to your gaming PC via low latency 2.4GHz radio frequencies, USB-C, or Bluetooth. Each features a 1000Hz polling rate, reliably delivering data every millisecond. What’s more, when connected via Bluetooth, you can pair this gaming keyboard with up to four devices and seamlessly toggle between them with the native hotkeys Fn and Q, W, E, and R.

Quack Mechanics+

Quack Mechanics have been a staple of Ducky keyboards for a few years now. They have been upgraded for the Ducky One X to Quack Mechanics+. Every keyboard is engineered with a gasket mount and seven layers of dampening to preserve the authentic acoustics, without any unwanted noises. From top to bottom, the layers are:

• Gaskets: These provide an overall cushioned feel, which prevents jerk and sound from passing from the PCB to the keyboard housing.
• PET switch-dampening sheet: The sheet prevents unwanted echoes from the switches passing to the mounting plate.
• EVA plate foam: This prevents movement and sound passing between the mounting plate and PCB.
• IXPE sheet: Another sheet to prevent switch echoes, this time from passing onto the PCB.
• PET acoustics isolation layer: This layer acts as a sound barrier above the PCB, providing pure and clean keystroke acoustics.
• IXPE foam: Removes all case pings and hollowness.
• Silicone bottom foam: The foam bottom eliminates any echoes and ensures a flat surface for the IXPE foam layer above.
• Housing gaskets: This final layer prevents echoes and movement between housings.

Overall, these layers work cohesively together to enhance your typing experience and provide a pleasant sound. What’s more, the Ducky One X features in-house-designed, plate-mounted stabilisers, ensuring smooth and stable keypresses on the long keys. Satisfaction on every key stroke!

Functional Form

The Ducky One X Wireless Keyboard is available in one of two form factors. This is the Mini (60%) model, with a reduced number of keys arranged in a UK ISO layout. The F-key, numpad, arrow keys, and home keys are omitted, to create a smaller footprint that is perfect for space-limited set-ups. No functionality is lost, however, thanks to the extensive collection of hotkeys that layer actions with the Fn key. This even includes extra functions, such as checking battery status and "Duck" mode.

The keycaps are manufactured from high-purity PBT and moulded with the double-shot method to enhance durability. With their higher-than-industry-standard 85% PBT content, these keycaps have high shine resistance and superior texture, delivering an unparalleled typing experience.

Typing the Ducky One X together is its timeless aesthetic. This keyboard is available in either black or white and is fully backlit with vibrant per-key RGB lighting. This model is the white edition, the perfect peripheral for all-white builds and lighter set-ups.

Fine Tune Performance

A browser-based software, Ducky Hub, has been specifically designed to fine-tune the Ducky One X Wireless Gaming Keyboard. This offers an intuitive user interface, allowing you to adjust the actuation, switch settings, and RGB lighting on one easy-to-use platform.
